As a hotelier for more thirty years, graduate from the Lausanne Hotel school and working with different hotel chains as Sofitel, Le Meridien, Radisson, Omni, Nikko, Ramada Plaza etc, I have been familiar with some PMS software (Fidelio, Opera, Hotix..) in the different hotels I worked. Lately I joined Swiss International Hotels & Resorts and I discover their HClever developped by Guermai Informatique from Marrakech, Morroco. Having quickly learned the basic tasks of this software, I found this HClever-PMS very simple and friendly in its usage. I found very easily all the various reports I needed every day with very detailed information giving me the possibility to check the accuracy of the transactions from Front Office for example, the daily segmentation of my guests with their revenue and ARR, the forecast of reservation, and also as the main page a comprehensive design with graph on yearly occupancies ( previous, actual ), arrivals and departures in % ,the room situation from the Housekeeping department, and a section on yield management giving the right price to use..... Furthermore the interface with the point of Sales help to collect all the sales of the hotel (easy also to update regularly when necessary) , and the interface with the module Back office ( salary, accounting and stores) give at the end a very unique and comprehensive software, all communicating beetween them. I will not hesitate to recommand this HClever-PMS software to any hotel owners looking for this type of software which is also very competitive on the market. Kind regards.
